★ I've been doing this a LONG time. This is not a new direction, career change or "add on" for me. Being a psychologist and a coach is at the core of who I am and always have been – and I’ve been working as a professional coach for 15 years and counting.
★ I’m a psychologist. My entire career and professional training (as an organisational psychologist for over 25 years) has provided me with a rock-solid foundation for my coaching.
★I work with people like you. I work with CEOs, board members, successful entrepreneurs, business owners and top leaders. What these people have in common is that they are all highly successful and driven people who want to use their talents and get the most out of their lives.
★ My credentials. If you needed a surgeon, you would want to make sure he or she was as qualified and experienced. as possible.
In the same way, it’s good to know I am an accredited coach and psychologist and have a strong academic background and extensive business experience on which to base my coaching practice. (see below)
★ I care. One of the most common observations my clients make is that I obviously love what I do and am passionate about it. They know I care – about them and their lives - and that I have their back 100%. This is more than a job for me.
★ I walk the talk. If you read my story you will know I don't just talk about this stuff & help people with it - I LIVE it. I've taken the scary leaps. I've taken the risks. I've stepped into the unknown. I've done deep, personal development work. All in pursuit of my best life. So I know what it feels like when you make changes in your life - work or personal. And I know what it takes to get you there.
The reality is there are a lot of coaches out there, so why work with me?
The type of powerful, transformative coaching I do needs a relationship with real trust, openness and commitment on both sides.
The key reasons my clients tell me they choose to work with me are:
Qualifications & credentials
For coaching to work, a sense of trust and connection between the coach and the individual is the most important thing. It's the "secret sauce".
That said, qualifications and credentials are also a reassuring indicator of a coach’s experience and professional commitment.
I hold myself to the highest levels of professional practice as both a coach and psychologist through my qualifications, ongoing accreditation (as both a psychologist and coach), cpd, professional supervision and my commitment to always learning from the best teachers from round the world. that my help my life and the lives of my clients
